Before you call

What to tell us when you call

A few details help us understand what you are dealing with before anyone sets out.

Tell us where the water is showing, whether it is spreading or steady, and whether you know where your main shut-off valve is. If a wall sounds like it is hissing, or a patch of floor feels damp or warm, say so. If you have already shut the water off, tell us that too.

You do not need to know the pipe material or the cause. Describe what you can see and hear, and we will take it from there.

On the job

What happens after you reach us

Once we have talked through what you are seeing, we arrange a visit to find the break.

The visit starts with detection: listening and looking for the leak before anything is opened. Then we explain what failed and carry out the repair, whether that is a section replacement, a slab leak fix, or a water line repair.

If you are weighing a bigger job, such as a repipe, read our guides for Lakewood homeowners first, then call to talk it through.
